View Company Information

Project managers and shop floor managers can view your company’s details, such as its registered name, business type, office location and admin contact, on the ‘Company Info’ screen in the portfolio console. This screen is a view-only.

To view your company information

Ensure that you are on the 'Company Info' screen in your portfolio console. If not:

• Click 'Company' at the top of your portfolio console

The Company Info screen opens by default. 

• If you are already on another screen in the portfolio console, click ‘Company Info’ on the left.

The screen shows the following details:

Basic Information:

• Company name  - The name of your business organization as registered with Linarc.
• Company pin - The unique identification number assigned to your company in Linarc.
• Year started - The year in which your organization commenced its business.
• Website - The URL of your company website.

Business Information:

• Contractor business type - Your business category, for example, subcontractor, fabricator, workshop or factory.
• Company sub-type - The sub-category of your business type.

Company Location:

• Main location - The official address of your organization.
• Plus code - A code based on the longitude/latitude of the office location that helps couriers and visitors find your office. 
• Phone - The contact phone number of your office.

Admin Contact:

• First name and Last name - Name of the company admin. 
• Email - The admin’s email address.
• Phone - The admin’s phone number, including the country code.

To print or save the company information

• Click the icon at the top-right to print the screen or save it as a PDF

Note: Only your company admin can edit the company information.
